If you have a website and someone doesn’t like that your website has ads, ask if the person has a social media account.
That complaining person saw 31 ads in the last 30 minutes they spent using a social media app. So, when they complain about your website’s ads, you can respectfully tell them “Shut up, Meg”.

The board shorts I wear to fit a 36 inch waist have shrunk around me. I’m losing fat, and it feels good.
The kids and I hit the pool on base today, so I wore my board shorts. The board shorts I’ve been wearing are the pair I bought to fit my 36 inch waist.
The shorts have room in the waist. A good amount of roommate where they were snug weeks ago. I’m shrinking in a good way.
I haven’t noticed my getting smaller in the mirror, but I have felt like I’ve had more energy during date time hours. It feels good.
I haven’t been very deliberate in my mission to reduce body fat mission, but I think most days I eat it in a calorie deficit.
