Migraines are Ruining the Class Experience | Fri Aug 27, 2021

I’m getting 2–3 migraines per week since class started at NSS. Can’t put my finger on what’s going on.

It feels like the migraines I was getting before I got my new glasses prescription. Maybe this year I need a new prescription before the one year mark of my last one. Can’t hurt to find out for sure.

The migraines could be from stress. I don’t suspect dehydration.
